        TO REGISTERED USERS...

    ... Appeal ...

    From: Darren John Dwyer
    Date: September 2008

If you are a BCB-Tools.com Registered User, and you are one of the few people who have
paid us for our software over the years, then we would like to extend our hand of appreciation
    to you.

Very seriously, Thank you for your financial support.

Without your financial support, we would not exist to this day,
and without your financial support (much needed) we would not be developing new software.

    ...

Considering that I have earnt approximately AUS$40,000 (TOTAL) over 10+ years,
and yet I have worked much more than full-time, up to 120 hours each week, for at least 7 years,
I think you got most of your money's worth...

    ...

Shame about all the "free users" out there who refuse to pay for my software.

My thought is that these "brain-dead monkeys" wouldn't understand that this company is almost bankrupt,
and that if the company goes bankrupt, there will not be any more software for them to download.

Imagine if just 1% of these "free users" would Register, then I would have enough
money to grow this company the way I would like to grow it.

    Freeloading morons?
    basically.

Anyways, for you, our Registered Users, we continue to develop the TDx_Library v1.90, and will be releasing soon
this major upgrade to the TDx_Library, with all new automatic error handling added to the components
(try..catch around the DirectX calls) so that when DirectX fails dramatically,
your program does not fail at the same time.

Added to this, the TDx_Library v1.90 will ship with a whole bunch of new demos and application templates,
so badly needed after all these years, including examples that show you a whole bunch of new things
you might never have dreamed possible.

For our pre-existing TDx_Library registered users, we will be offering the TDx9_Graphics_Library v1.00 for free.

All future versions of the TDx9_Library will cost additional money, as we envisage each new release to
be a major release, however, this version v1.00 uses the same tried-and-tested technology employed in the
    development of the TDx_Library v1.90.

Additionally, applications developed using the TDx9_Library will require a royalty payment for each of your sales.

For the 6 pre-existing TDx9_Library pre-registered users, we will be offering the TDx9_Library v1.xx for free.

All future versions of the TDx9_Library do cost additional money, but we will supply each new release to
our pre-registered users for quite a few years. This is for their pain and suffering while waiting for the
release of our software, which has taken a lot longer to develop than expected at the outset.

We would like to add a section to our website, listing the companies details of all of our Registered Users,
and quite possibly, most of the 12,000 or so free users also could be listed.

Could you please :- send me an email using this link
    and tell me
    • The name of your organisation
    • The size of your organisation (small, medium, large)
    • How long you have been using the TDx_Library commercially
    • What parts of the TDx_Library are you using commercially?
    • Your name...

    Thank You in advance.
