The TDDOverlayFX component wraps the DirectX DDOVERLAYFX structure, which describes modifications to the execution of overlay operations.

It is used by the TDx_DrawSurface::UpdateOverlay() method to specify raster operations, effects and to provide override information when the corresponding flags are selected.
