- Description
The FillColor property defines the color value used for filling a surface when DDBLT_COLORFILL is set in the Flags parameter of TDx_DrawSurface::Blt().
This value may be a palette index or a pixel value of the appropriate bit depth depending on the pixel format of the destination surface.
