TD3DRECTPATCH_INFO

The TD3DRectPatch_Info component wraps the DirectX D3DRECTPATCH_INFO structure which describes a high order rectangular patch. This component is used by the TDx9_3DDevice::DrawRectPatch() method when drawing patches. It is also used by the D3DXTessellateRectPatch function of the TDx9_3DX_Library when tessellating a patch into a triangle mesh.
