The TD3DDevInfo_VCache component wraps the DirectX D3DDEVINFO_VCACHE structure which holds information about vertex cache optimisation.
This component is used to hold return data when a vertex cache stats query is processed and data retrieved with this component referenced by the Data member of TDx9_3DQuery::GetData(). VCache data is available in both runtime and debug mode and the implicit begin point is when TDx9_3D::CreateDevice() is called.
