    The Opportunity...
    Top     Next     Prev

We at BCB-Tools.com believe that we have a major opportunity for anyone interested in making
a decent return on their investment over the coming 2-20+ years or so... please read below for
market research into Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder, DirectX and current BCB-Tools.com statistics...

We have a lot of goodwill tied up in our business, with a footprint that extends through
    time since 1997.

    ...

    The BCB-Tools.com website has a gross valuation of approximately US$750,000 - US$1,350,000
with a net valuation of approximately US$650,000 - US$1,250,000 after liabilities, with assets including
the entire BCB-Tools.com website and traffic, all associated intellectual property and goodwill, and an
exclusive licencing and marketing and profit-sharing agreement with Darren John Dwyer
covering the BCB_Code_Generator, the TDx_Library and the TDx9_Library and future projects.

BCB-Tools.com's ongoing costs are minimal, and are easily paid for by existing cashflow,
and BCB-Tools.com is in the enviable position of being positioned for future cashflow growth, since
nearly all research and development of our intellectual property has now been completed.

    ...

Note that our current offer is significantly below market value...

The share percentage on offer is rather seriously undervalued, it's just that we need some cash quickly,
and the quickest way to earn some real cash is to make you a small fortune, just by investing...

    ...

Currently, up to 40% of BCB-Tools.com is for sale to the highest bidder.

If you would like to buy stock/shares in BCB-Tools.com and in return recieve a relative proportion
of our profits, as an ongoing percentage royalty, paid regularly, then email us using the link at the bottom of the page.

    ...

If you own 2% of BCB-Tools.com you recieve a royalty of 2% of net earnings, paid regularly...

Gross Earnings == Gross Sales - credit card fees - website hosting costs - transaction costs
Net Earnings == Gross Earnings - minimum wages.

Over the next 10-20 years, as we create many more commercial products,
our Net Profit should be worth a significant amount... much, much higher than at present...

    ...

Our current objective is raw capital growth, but later on, we expect to pay royalties, or dividends...

    ...

If you are interested in owning part of BCB-Tools.com, we are happy to see you invest either as
a silent partner, who simply recieves royalties from net profits, or as a pro-active partner who actively
contributes to the ongoing development of BCB-Tools.com and the TDx_Library, the TDx9_Library and the BCB_Code_Generator.

    ...

You can invest in BCB-Tools.com for US$7,500 per 1%.
You can invest in a significant holding only...

as little as US$7,500 for 1.0% or as much as a significant shareholding, US$300,000 for 40%

    It's your choice entirely.

    ...

BCB-Tools.com has been cashflow neutral for a number of years, and continues to remain so.

BCB-Tools.com continues to grow about 50-100 free downloads per month, plus extras,
approximately US$5-10,000 virtual revenue each month, plus extras.

Thats loads and loads of potential.

    The Question...
    Top     Next     Prev

Do you think BCB-Tools.com, the TDx_Library, the TDx9_Library and the BCB_Code_Generator have sales potential?

We do, and we should know, considering this is our area of expertise, and it's all we've done for the past
10+ years, and we've had to make a small profit each year since word "go"... and we're still going strong,
in fact, we go from strength to strength, with our visitors and hitcounts and registrations and pre-registrations
at all-time highs... averaged over the years...

    ...

And don't forget, the first 7 years were not focused on getting products to market, with all effort instead going
into prototyping and developing the products and making them commercially viable.

And for the whole 10+ years, since inception, till recently, we've been giving away our products for FREE with only
voluntary registration required - and we've still made a minor profit sometimes...

    The Market Research...
    Top     Next     Prev

Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation states that there are more than 1,000,000+ Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder "seats"
(short for "bums on seats"), meaning there are approximately 1,000,000+ regular daily users of Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder
    out there around the world.

Of these, approximately 250,000+ upgrade or re-purchase the latest version of Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder each year.

Currently, we have approximately 8,500+ of these people signed up as free-users, subscribers and registered users,
and 7,500+ of these are free users, 700+ of these are subscribers, and only 300+ are registered users (some were free too).

Thats a huge slice of the market to go, and we've still got a lot of untapped potential in our existing free user
    and subscriber base.

Additionally, the C++ Builder component market as a whole is still vastly undeveloped, with no competition to
our tools in the marketplace. No competition at all.

    ...

In addition to the Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder market, our tools will possibly become Delphi compatible...

The Delphi marketplace is a mature component market, with easily 4,000,000+ "seats"
buying component libraries on a regular basis, and Embarcadero/CodeGear's yearly sales easily reach 600,000+ units.

Still, there's no competition for our tools in the Delphi market, just a few simple "wrappers" offering limited
DirectX functionality. As far as DirectX for Delphi goes, it's almost 100% untapped, and our tools will offer
existing Delphi programmers the same advanced functionality we offer Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder users.

    ...

Enough about Embarcadero/CodeGear, what about Microsoft DirectX 7.0a?
Well, in the first year alone, over 1 million downloads of the DirectX 7.0a SDK were recorded.
Each year since? Who knows for sure... millions, easily...

Since then, millions more downloads have taken place, and there's gotta be at least 2-6 million copies of
the DirectX 7.0a SDK out there by now... 6 years later...

    ...

These people (99% of them) use Visual C++ or Visual Basic or C#, not Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder,
...since Microsoft only really wrote DirectX for Microsoft's Visual C++ and Visual Basic and C#...

We have the only viable solution for programming DirectX 7.0a for Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder.
Especially considering each month, 200-500+ people download the Dx7 SDK install from this website alone!

As far as anyone can tell, thats a lot of untapped potential.

    ...

And what about Microsoft DirectX 9.0c?

Well, it's hard to estimate the popularity of DirectX 9.0c, but there would be millions of downloads of
all the flavours of DirectX 9 by now, including 9.0c.

Windows XP runs DirectX 9.0c as standard, and Windows XP represents approximately 60% of internet users.
Windows Vista runs DirectX 10 as standard, and Windows Vista represents approximately 5% of internet users.

    ...

Enough about Embarcadero/CodeGear and Microsoft, what about BCB-Tools.com?
Well, our website (8000+ pages) gets 200,000 - 500,000+ hits per month, as a start...

Of these hits, we get 10,000 - 30,000+ unique visitors per month, or an average of 300-1600+ visitors per day,
downloading sometimes 1.2+ Gigabytes per day of our tools, demos, website pages, the DirectX 7.0a SDK, etc.

Since we added a hit counter, in January 2005, the Welcome page has gone from 0 unique visitors to over 62,000 unique visitors.

The vast majority of our users search for DirectX or Embarcadero/CodeGear related tools, something we uniquely offer to
the C++ programming community worldwide... Indeed, you don't get to our website unless you are looking for Embarcadero/CodeGear
or DirectX or Programming related information.

At last count, we were signing up free-users of our older tools at the rate of 100-500++ per month.

We do not make much money off our sole product, the TDx_Library, possibly because it is so old,
but, we have consulted Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation, and they said "keep giving it away for FREE", so we continue to do so...

Hopefully, one-day, people will value all the effort thats gone into creating our excellent toolsets,
and hopefully, one-day, people will begin to register en-masse... anyone want the TDx9_Library or TDx10_Library?

We believe that someday we will hit a "critical mass" of users, and people will begin to use the libraries
more and more as the years go on, especially as we release new products into the market.

    The Competition...
    Top     Next     Prev

There is nothing rivalling our tools except the DirectX SDK itself, but alone the DirectX SDK offers no
competition to our tools, since our tools so dramatically add value to the DirectX SDK's...

There is no other toolset that offers such enormous Rapid Application Development benefits, and there is no
other totally configured DirectX toolset for Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder or Delphi.

Don't believe us, then find something that competes with our RAD BCB VCL SDK and tell us something different.

    ...

The only kind of competition to our tools that we can find is whats called "Managed DirectX" for Visual Basic
and Visual C++ and C#... Microsoft technology that does not appear to work with Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder.

However, Managed DirectX is much less powerful, running at only 60% of the raw speed of the TDx_Library,
and it is still much more complex to learn and use.

    ...

There is nobody who rivals our knowledge of the DirectX SDK, since we've translated literally every individual
byte of it into something else...

And we've been doing it mostly full-time for approximately 10+ years.
Thats a lot of experience at integrating both Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder and DirectX.

Nothing compares to that intimate knowledge of DirectX and Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder...

    ...

Imagine someone starting now, they would have to learn an entire very complex SDK before they could even begin
developing their in-house development tools... let alone actively keep up with us... we have a market lead of at least
    7 years... the BCB_Code_Generator.

    The Plan...
    Top     Next     Prev

We aim to grow BCB-Tools.com continuously, relying almost entirely on search engines such as Google,
where we are ranked #1 for "RAD DirectX", and ranked on the first page of similar results... "Embarcadero/CodeGear DirectX", etc.
and relying on about 1200 links from various websites around the internet.

This is how we have always grown, organically, but things are starting to take a significant turn upwards,
with our website now starting to grow massively, all by itself...

Possibly, we are hitting "critical mass", whereby enough people are using the TDx_Library for it to grow of it's
    own momentum.

In future, we imagine this happening, and we then imagine the following effect...

    ...

Now, Okay, Imagine this... the "rubber-band effect"...

    Draw a big V.

At the top-left, draw Microsoft... representing Microsoft's Corporate Technology Entity...
At the top-right, draw Embarcadero/CodeGear... representing Embarcadero/CodeGear's Corporate Technology Entity...
At the bottom, draw BCB-Tools.com... representing our custom in-house Corporate Technology...

This is the current relative positioning of the three corporate entities including BCB-Tools.com.

    Microsoft               Embarcadero/CodeGear
         \                       /
          \                     /
           \_BCB-Tools_/

This is the relative positioning of the core technologies used by BCB-Tools.com.

    DirectX                C++ Builder
         \                           /
          \                         /
           \_TDx#_Library_/

    ...

Our technology is the only technology in the world that fixes all the problems of integrating DirectX into C++ Builder,
seamlessly integrating two totally incompatible technologies into one next-generation product line...

Over time, this should produce a "rubber-band effect", whereby we end up being "uplifted" rapidly into the
global marketplace by both Microsoft and Embarcadero/CodeGear, depending on how pro-actively we can partner with them...

    ...

Over time, this "uplifting" should produce an effect whereby BCB-Tools.com and the TDx_Library become
considered by end-users as being almost as important as Microsoft's DirectX or Embarcadero/CodeGear's C++ Builder...

This is the future relative positioning of the three corporate entities including BCB-Tools.com.

    Microsoft               Embarcadero/CodeGear
           \_BCB-Tools_/

This is the relative positioning of the core technologies used by BCB-Tools.com, with agreements.

    DirectX               C++ Builder
           \_TDx#_Library_/

    ...

Eventually, this "rubber-banding" or "uplifting" should produce the following net effect, whereby
BCB-Tools.com and the TDx_Library become just as important to the software industry as Microsoft or Embarcadero/CodeGear :-

This is the eventual relative positioning of the three corporate entitities including BCB-Tools.com

    Microsoft --- BCB-Tools --- Embarcadero/CodeGear

This is the eventual relative positioning of the core technologies used by BCB-Tools.com, hopefully
with co-active partnerships with Microsoft Corporation and Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation...

    DirectX --- TDx#_Library --- C++ Builder

    ...

As an active Embarcadero/CodeGear Technology Partner with links to our website embedded in Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation's products,
we are in-line for a long term partnership with Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation, a multi-Million per year NASDAQ entity.

This can only be worth a lot of money. Eventually...

Especially if we can achieve our goal of becoming completely integrated with and shipped with the
Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder line of products, in return for an ongoing royalty stream...

Especially if we can achieve another goal of becoming actively promoted by both Microsoft Corporation
    and Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation...

    ...

That's where we would like to be in a couple of years...

Complete DirectX 7.0a / DirectX 9.0c / DirectX 10 integration with Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder, built into the IDE, shipped
straight from the Embarcadero/CodeGear factory, an integral add-on to Embarcadero/CodeGear's core product, with more tools, books,
    demos, tutorials, website reference, etc.

Fully exploiting "First Mover Advantage"... for all it's worth...
As I said, shipped straight out of the factory, fully bundled with Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder or Delphi...

    ...

That would mean shipping our tools to millions of people, instead of reaching just a few per month,
or only those people who actively search for our, usually unknown, tools.

And of course, any future development like this would be worth a bundle to us.

    ...

For example, imagine this scenario (assuming only 1 product @ US$100 a copy) :-

Imagine in a couple of years when Embarcadero/CodeGear are finally convinced of the potential of the TDx_Library,
and they decide they want to licence our technology and include it in each copy of Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder shipped
from their factories, possibly for US$50 or US$100 a copy in royalties paid to BCB-Tools.com...

So, immediately, royalties would be approx. 150,000 copies per year @ US$100 each.
Thats approximately US$15,000,000 per year in royalties.

This scenario is not entirely unimaginable.

    ...

Then, expand this scenario to BCB-Tools.com being able to leverage our techonology to reach the Delphi or Visual C++
marketplace, and expand Delphi's or Visual's capabilities like we already expand Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder's technologies.

This would mean shipping minimum 500,000 units a year at whatever royalty is agreeable between BCB-Tools.com
and Embarcadero/CodeGear or Microsoft Corporation, probably US$100 a copy.

That would be another US$50,000,000 minimum per year in royalties.

Again, a scenario not entirely out of the question.

    ...

Then, imagine if all Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder users wanted to install the TDx_Library or TDx9_Library,
royalties would be approx. 1 million copies @ US$100 each.

Thats approximately US$100,000,000 outright in royalties.

    ...

Is this kind of arrangement with Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation feasible?

Well, I have had some pretty high-level discussions with Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation,
in particular, the guy who can sign on the dotted line to make this arrangement real,
the head of the C++ Builder product development team, and he's told me that if I could get my product working,
and modern, and if people were willing to utilize it, (ie. it becomes popular), then sure, no real problems.

    ...

BUT, it all depends on whether or not people end up using our technology.
Hence why we continue to give away our older products for FREE.

And, finally while these figures may vary, it shows the potential of our plans.
And, that is just for one product line.

    The Goal...
    Top     Next     Prev

So, how much money are we thinking we can make over time?
Well, it all depends on how we go over the next couple of years.

My plan is to make a lot of money over the coming 20 years.
Not because i am greedy, but instead because money allows you to change the world for real.

    ...

Based on our historical progress, and the fact that there's literally no technology out there that competes with ours,
we are building a new business selling new products to a new market... using "word-of-mouth" advertising
only, thats the slowest way of growing a business...

This way, the way we've always grown, we've experienced a growth of at least 100% per annum, with a return
on investment of 10-20%... not including raw asset and intellectual property growth... which is minimum 100% p.a.

    ...

Nowadays, things are different. After 10+ years, i calculate that i've got assets including the
website Goodwill and our intellectual property totalling at least US$1,350,000... in theory...

In future, we would like to speed up the delivery of our products to market by, say, striking a marketing
agreement with Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation, and do some actual advertising, and whatever.

    ...

Over the next 10-20 years, we expect to continue to get an annual return on investment of (minimum) 10-20%
But that's just loose change... hopefully we'll have our r.o.i. at 100% of funds invested... or better... ? 32,000% ?

It all depends on how many products we create and deploy... for example, if we happen to release another
ten product lines during this time, our return on investment will grow accordingly greater...

Realistically, our future growth should be in the order of thousands of percentage return on investment...
But, it is impossible to calculate, because it currently only exists in the unique minds and skills of the authors.

    ...

To put things into perspective, we now have the BCB_Code_Generator working and fully developed...

This was the core project that took us 7+ years of development to complete, and it is the core technology we use
to develop our component libraries... there's nothing like it out there in the marketplace either... so it has
    it's own sales potential...

And now after all this development, it works and we can leverage it into creating more development tools, easily,
and we can now make many more products significantly quicker than the 7+ years it took to create the TDx_Library.

For example, the TDx9_Library, three times the size of the TDx_Library is estimated to take about 1-2 years of
development, total. For all 303 components, compared to the 107 components of the TDx_Library...
which took 7+ years to create...

    ...

But, it doesn't stop there... if we can grow enough to hire some people, we can leverage the potential of the
BCB_Code_Generator to convert literally any third-party SDK into Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder RAD components, and we
can bring many new product lines to market very quickly... for example, complete OpenGL integration, just like the TDx_Library,
only different, using the same Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder / Delphi component library creation and wrapping technogies...

And, as we release new products into the marketplace, our profits can only grow...

See, it's all about our development technologies. Now we have created the core of our business, and now
we have some of the most advanced development technologies in the world, we can leverage our expertise into
creating many more products, and we can only grow from here...

    ...

Really, it all comes down to how much money we can leverage over time.

For example, if we are just one person working full-time, with helpers working part-time,
we can only do so much, such as expand the TDx_Library, update the website, and create the TDx9_Library...

    This is our current situation.

However, give us some "real-world" cashflow, or some investment money, or both, and we can hire skilled people
to use the BCB_Code_Generator to create convert other third-party SDK's into new product lines...

And, it all happens from there.

    The BCB-Tools.com Business Model
    Top     Next     Prev

BCB-Tools.com has a unique business model, a mixture of models used by highly successful NASDAQ companies such as Google and Microsoft.

Our Extended Business Model has been proven to work by some of the largest and most highly successful
multi-billion dollar companies in the world...

    ...

The Basic Plan of our business model is to :-

    • Continue to develop the best software development tools in the entire world of programming...

    • Continue to give away our existing TDx_Library for FREE, as a working example of our capabilities,
and continue to extend the TDx_Library's capabilities for Windows 95, 98, ME, CE, 2000, NT, XP, Vista... +

    • Begin leasing our BCB_Code_Generator technology (US$5,000 per year + 1% to 5% royalty) to any individual or company
who is wishing to create a product line similar to the TDx_Library or TDx9_Library or similar technologies,
automagically authoring Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder component libraries with complete and utter everything required
      built-in and working automatically...

    • Continue to Grow Organically for awhile longer, till our commercial product lines are completed...

    • Continue to develop both the TDx_Library and TDx9_Library, both commercial products...
with incredible capabilities for Windows XP & Vista+ built-in...

    • Begin rollout of our next-generation BCB_Code_Generator, TDx_Library and TDx9_Library technologies (US$X per copy +
1% to 5% royalty) to any individual or company who is wishing to create applications
or enhance existing products using the potential capabilities of our tools...

    • Continue to expand the BCB_Code_Generator to new potential markets, such as custom-alterations for various authors,
added support for more and different compilers, with language enhancements where necessary, and so on...

    • Continue to investigate the TDx10_Library, a commercial product... with incredible capabilities for Vista+ built-in...

    • Continue to investigate other commercial products... such as speech synthesis and speech recognition,
Artificial Intelligence, genetic and generic algorithms, etc...

    ...

The Extended Plan of our business model is to :-

    • Change from growing Organically to growing via massive advertising campaigns and co-promotion agreements with industry leaders...

    • Continue to occasionally invite investors into the business, with the ultimate goal being a stock-market float on the
various stock exchanges of the world, most notably NASDAQ...

    • Create a next-generation Tools industry, based on multi-authoring of MASSIVE Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder, etc. component libraries...

    • Create a next-generation Operating System to replace Vista and Unix and MacOS and Solaris, etc... entirely new...

    ...

If you would like more detailed information regarding our future development plans :-

    The Pitch...
    Top     Next     Prev

    This is a one-off entry-level opportunity.

This is a time-limited-offer that we are currently offering to potential investors,
and we believe that we are offering shares in our business at a price well below realistic market value,
based solely on historical earnings and earnings growth potential.

In future, we see ourselves growing from a niche software business, serving a global marketplace,
based mostly on integrating Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation and Microsoft Corporation technologies, to eventually
become a large cutting-edge software development corporation, listed on global stockmarkets,
creating cutting-edge technologies for the entire global software marketplace, expanding our software
development technologies to expand other software marketplaces, such as the Visual C++ marketplace...

Ideally, in partnership with Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation and Microsoft Corporation, and other entities...

    ...

We think the way to approach any investment in BCB-Tools.com is to think of it
as a capital-growth investment, rather than an investment in return for dividends...

We don't expect to pay major dividends for the next couple of years as we leverage every
last cent into creating more products...

Meantime, we will add millions of dollars in intellectual property capital growth over the same period.
Just from our current development efforts alone. Without leveraging any investment capital.

    ...

Our goals reach significantly higher than we've fully explained here, and we've developed
our plans and strategies to be very competitive in the marketplace for many years to come.

We expect to become very successful, and over time, we expect our revenues to be measured
in many billions of dollars, especially if we can create joint-marketing opportunities
with Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation or Microsoft Corporation over time...

Something we are uniquely positioned todo... :)

    The Risk...
    Top     Next     Prev

Some believe there is no such thing as "Risk", and that it's all a matter of the size of the return on investment.

We believe almost the same thing, but we also believe there is still some inherent risk.
Like any investment, there are no guarantees that you will ever get your money back if you invest in our business.

Indeed, you may lose your entire investment if the market turns sour and our products never reach commercially
    viable sales volumes.

However, this is unlikely over the coming years... making this a relatively low risk venture.
Really, what are we risking? Nothing except some time, effort and a little money. Mostly ours at BCB-Tools.com.

    ...

That said, I can guarantee you the following...

We are a dedicated team who has already invested all our skills and years of our lives into developing this business.
We do not plan on letting it fail due to lack of involvement or effort on our part.

We can guarantee that we will continue to work on making both our website and tools better than they have
been in the past, with progressive upgrades and new releases on future occasions.

We can guarantee that when we get paid, we will pay our investors their fair share of net profits.
We can guarantee that as we create more software assets, we can grow the net worth of the business significantly.

    ...

What this all results in, only the market can decide.
Hopefully, it will be viable, and lucrative, but only time will tell.

We've invested all our time, money and skills in this venture, and we hope it succeeds, especially after
so many years and so many tens of thousands of hours of hard-core development.

    ...

But, we realize there's an inherent risk in everything... but really, there's not much risk here.
It will either succeed, or it will fail, depending on the global Embarcadero/CodeGear C++ Builder programming marketplace.

If Embarcadero/CodeGear Corporation continue to get their act together, who knows, maybe the market will expand tenfold...
