    Problem with collection editor

    Hi
        I want to create a component in c++ builder. One property of the
    component is Collection(Like Columns in Listview). I want to keep collection items
    fixed. When i am clicking on ellipse [...], a new window is populated. I
    want to inactivate the new and delete button there (How to access the collection editor events).
    What are the nessesary steps for achiving this. Please help me. I am waiting for your reply.
