    Problems installing 7.0a SDK under WIN XP SP2

    Hi

    I have problems installing 7.0a SDK under WIN XP SP2

    I can not run the Setup program nothing happens,
    it is a 16 bit program, does anyone have a suggestion
    to solve this problem ?
