    BCB4 & BCB5 installation problems

Currently using licensed BCB3.0 for application developments. New customers require migration from RS232 to USB2.0, so I need the tools on either BCB4.0 or 5.0, which Borland ( now Embarcadero ) no longer supports. I don''t need all the goodies ( or the cost ) of the Embarcadero C++ Builder 2010, so I tried to download ( no problem ) and install your BCB offerings. After unzipping 4.0 into a file, & trying to install, I get a message, asking for Qualifying Upgrade Product Location, pointing to a CD-ROM drive ( presumeably, asking for the CD root-directory ). After copying the files under the root-name, CPP40.FUP.R1C onto a CD ( actually, a DVD, since files too large for a CD ), I tried to install directly from the DVD, but got the same message.
    Any suggestions?
