    COEFFICIENT

    [ TDx_Input_Library ]     [ next: Condition ]     [ prev: Cartesian Coordinates ]

The coefficient of a condition represents a multiplier that scales the effect.

Some devices allow separate coefficients for each direction, which can allow special effects such as making the control stick move more easily to the right than to the left to simulate car or aircraft damage.

Setting a negative coefficient will reverse the force direction, which would, for example, make a spring condition push away from the offset point rather than towards it.
