The TDx_DrawVideoPort::GetVideoSignalStatus method will determine the current video signal status.

If the method call fails, the OnError event will be triggered with one of the following values:
DDERR_INVALIDOBJECT
DDERR_INVALIDPARAMS
DDERR_UNSUPPORTED

Status
The Status parameter references a variable defining flags indicating the current video signal status.
The described effect applies when the flag is set.
DDVPSQ_NOSIGNAL
There is no video signal coming to the video port.

DDVPSQ_SIGNALOK
There is a valid video signal coming to the video port.
