The AlphaDestConst property defines the constant alpha value used as the destination alpha channel when DDBLT_ALPHADESTCONSTOVERRIDE is set in the Flags parameter of TDx_DrawSurface::Blt().
The DDBLT_ALPHADESTCONSTOVERRIDE flag is not currently supported.
